Goals

  • Understand issues that arise in implementing significant changes/transformation in enterprises and in particular common barriers to change. Apply a “toolbox’ of approaches and tactics to help investigate barriers to change and then to manage the issues. Implement robust Project Management Techniques to reduce implementation risks and maximize probability of effective implementation.

  • 3 days workshop; prerequisite HC310; last of the HC31x set of training courses.
